Sponsor package: a tier ladder, zones and in-kind

The structure UAFest Lanark County uses: five cumulative tiers, zone sponsorships as à la carte, an in-kind path and proof a partner can check.

Outcome
A package you can send the same day someone asks, with an owner for every promised benefit.
Source
Tier names and benefits follow the Lanark County sponsor ladder (reference plan v1 and the public sponsors page). Lanark agrees amounts in conversation, so this playbook sets none: price each tier for your own audience.
